MagHyst®result explorer

The MagHyst®result explorer is an optional software solution that has been developed as a central tool for accessing all measurement data in order to complement the MagHyst®automation. It serves for the visualization and comparison of measurement curves and enables users to efficiently export measurement results and curves into different file formats, for example, for external analyses.

In contrast to the performance-oriented review in the MagHyst®automation software, the result explorer provides direct access to all MagHyst®automation databases with their stored data and ensures that every previous and current measurement can be retrieved when required.

The MagHyst® result explorer is an easy-to-install Windows application that connects to all MagHyst®automation databases. All measurements are displayed in a structured and searchable tree and are organized by date (year, month, day). Using the unique ID of each MagHyst® measurement, it is possible to explicitly search for or filter individual measurements or measurement series. With the capability of selecting up to 2,000 datasets simultaneously for processing and display, the software is ideal for users who need fast and structured access to large volumes of measurement data on magnetic hysteresis and their specific evaluation results. In the graphical view, the curve colors can be adjusted for better clarity or categorization.

Access to the data is possible from any computer that has a connection to the database server, without requiring special knowledge or detailed understanding of the database structure or SQL queries. The software enables exporting evaluation results or measurement curves in CSV format. Furthermore, there is an export option for the Solenoid Evaluator and the MagHyst®modular software, as well as an export of measurement curves as graphics in PGM format.

The MagHyst® result explorer provides the basis for efficient work with large amounts of measurement data through simple selection and its visualizations. It enables the analysis of large volumes of measurement data and provides the foundation for various investigations, such as correlations with mechanical properties of test objects. It allows a quick overview as well as comparison of large datasets, and in combination with flexible export options, it is therefore an efficient tool for detecting both gradual and sudden changes in test objects. The traceability and assignability of measurements to the corresponding test object offer further testing and analysis possibilities and also allow the measurement history of each individual test object to be displayed even after long periods of time.
