Air Bearings with Air Extraction

The air bearings with air extraction ensure that the supplied air is completely removed again. This enables complete media separation and the release of even the smallest particles through the air bearings is reduced to an absolute minimum.

Extracted IMG air bearings are available in both round (RD) and rectangular (RE) designs. The finely graduated bearing sizes enable the selection of the optimal bearing for your application. Designed as a 4-point bearing, IMG air bearings are tailored to common linear motor systems.

Depending on the size, our air bearings offer various connection options for the supply of compressed air. This enables a simple and space-efficient pneumatic connection by cascading the air bearings. The connection to your system is simple and space-saving using our innovative magnetic mounting system.
