Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

immediately in Ilmenau, part-time (20h)

We - the IMG - are a team of 14, consisting mainly of engineers and technicians from all areas of mechatronics. Our heart beats for the development, optimisation and testing of electromagnetic and air bearing systems.
We are looking for support to improve our marketing as soon as possible. If you are enthusiastic about marketing innovative technical systems, we look forward to getting to know you.

Your tasks are

• Development of our marketing department
• Development and implementation of holistic marketing strategies
• Planning and implementation of online and offline marketing campaigns
• Budget responsibility and monitoring the success of marketing activities
• Market and competition analyses to identify new opportunities
• Website and social media presence management (e.g. LinkedIn)
• Continuous optimisation of measures
• Organisation and implementation of company events

What you ideally bring with you

• Completed studies in marketing, media, communication or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge in the development and implementation of marketing strategies as well as experience with various marketing channels
• Creative thinking and analytical skills
• Knowledge of common tools for measuring success (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM systems)
• Communication and organisational skills
• Team spirit and enjoy working with different stakeholders
