The Ilmenauer Magnettag is one of the leading specialist events for applied research and development in the field of electromagnetic systems, bringing together researchers, developers, test specialists, and industrial users.

The 9th Ilmenauer Magnettag will take place on March 18, 2026, in Ilmenau, and this year it will be organized by the Mechatronics Group of Technische Universität Ilmenau in cooperation with Prof. Dr. Jürgen Ulm (Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences – Künzelsau Campus – Reinhold Würth University).

On the previous day, March 17, 2026, we will also offer a “Magnetic Basics Workshop”, providing an ideal foundation for the following conference day.
